Use Venmo to receive your ZayZoon payout!
ZayZoon heard our customers when they asked to use Venmo to receive their payouts.
Now, customers are able to use Venmo to receive their payouts in 2-3 minutes.
To use Venmo as a disbursal wallet:
Customers must be a minimum of 18 years of age and have an existing Venmo account
Customers can only use one Venmo account

Finding Your Payout In Venmo
Open your Venmo app and click on "me" in the bottom right corner of the app.
Click on "transactions"
See payout from "ZayZoon US Inc."
Your payout will include the advance ID
If you have push notifications, email or text notifications turned on for Venmo, you will receive a notification when the payout is received.
I Entered the Wrong Venmo Account Phone Number
If you have entered a phone number that is not associated with an existing Venmo account, you will receive an SMS/text message to that number prompting you to sign up for Venmo. This link will be valid for 30 days - if you do not complete the Venmo sign-up in that time to claim your funds, the payout will be canceled.
Venmo Help Center
Once the funds are sent from ZayZoon to Venmo, we may not be able to cancel the payment. Once you realize that the funds were sent to the incorrect Venmo account, please reach out to Customer Care and advise them that you have sent your Venmo to the wrong account so they can check the status of the payout.
If the payout is successful then you will need to reach out to Venmo for further assistance.
