I am under 18, can I still use ZayZoon?
Yes! Customers over 16 years old can use ZayZoon.
Why is it saying I have already accessed a payout when I have Wages Available on my account?
Customers who are 16 and 17 years old can only take one payout per pay period, regardless of the total Wages Available.
The app messaging will indicate that a payout has already been taken this pay period. This makes sure ZayZoon is a responsible option for underage customers.
How much can I access?
Customers under the age of 18 will be able to access one payout per pay period, up to the maximum of $200.
Will my account automatically update on my birthday?
Yes! The app uses your date of birth to determine your ZayZoon eligibility.
When you turn 16 you become eligible for one payout per pay period with ZayZoon. When you turn 18, your account will automatically update to a regular ZayZoon account.
Which disbursal wallets are available to me?
Instant bank deposit (debit card) and Next Business Day Bank Deposit disbursal wallets are available to customers under the age of 18.
The ZayZoon Visa Prepaid card, Instant Gift Card, Gas Card, and Venmo are not yet available for customers the age of 18.
