Proof of work documents help the system confirm you're still elligible for earned wage access.

To ensure your document is approved the first time, all proof of work documents must clearly:

  • Have a visible date in your current pay period

  • Show your full name

  • Show the work that you completed (but have not been paid for)

Remember: your proof-of-work document cannot be if it contains future dates (work you haven't done yet) or if it's a paystub/settlement (work you've already been paid for). ​

Here are a number of documents that you can upload as proof of work.

Hourly Employees - Proof of Work Examples

Hourly employees must provide documents showing completed hours or dates of work in the current earnings period.

Examples of acceptable Proof of Work documents for hourly employees are:

  • Official Timesheet (paper or electronic)

  • Screenshot of time submission

  • Shift schedules

  • Photo of punchcard

  • Photo of punch clock with clearly visible ID held next to it

  • Photo of punch clock and punch card

Independent Contractors - Proof of Work Examples

Independent Contractors must provide documents showing completed hours in the current earnings period.

Examples of acceptable Proof of Work documents for independent contractors are:

  • Recent Driver Settlement report

  • Photo of job manifest

  • Screenshot of jobs completed in the current period
