1. Add the ZayZoon Visa® Prepaid Card wallet
Select the ZayZoon Visa® Prepaid Card when adding a wallet and follow the prompts in the app.

2. Use your digital card while waiting for your physical card
When you sign up for the ZayZoon Visa® Prepaid Card account, the digital card is created and a physical card is sent via USPS 1st class post.
Until you receive your physical card, your Visa account will be Pending Activation.
Pending Activation means you can use the digital wallet to:
Deposit up to $3,000 in funds into your card account.
Add your digital card to your Apple Wallet or Google Pay Wallet.
Make purchases by entering the card details at checkouts online or in-store.
These details can be found by clicking "View My Card" under the ZayZoon Visa® Prepaid Card menu.
3. Unlock and activate your physical ZayZoon Visa® card
Once you receive your physical ZayZoon Visa® Prepaid Card, you will need to unlock it in order to make in-person purchases.
To activate your Zoon Visa® Prepaid physical card:
Login to your mobile app or on the website here
Select the ZayZoon Visa® Prepaid Card menu item
Click the "Activate Card" button and enter the activation code provided
This will set your account status to "active", the $3,000 deposit limit will be removed, and the ZayZoon Visa® Prepaid Card account will work as described in the Cardholder Agreement.
If you have not received your card within 7-10 business days after enrolment, please contact Cardholder Services at 1 (833) 660-1060.
4. Set up direct deposit
You'll need to set up direct deposit to activate fee-free payouts.
If you don't set up direct deposit within 30 days, your ZayZoon Visa® Prepaid Card will be suspended in the ZayZoon app. You'll still be able to use the card elsewhere.
