I paid my balance, why am I still receiving emails?
If you've already paid your balance, it may take some time for the system to update. The Overdue email notifications are purely automated and sent as a reminder, so you can safely ignore them.
I am paid weekly, why am I still receiving emails about my Overdue status?
If you are paid weekly, your account is protected from duplicate deductions, so you won't have the option of manually repaying your overdue balance.
However, you may still receive the automated Overdue email notifications. The payout(s) marked overdue will be automatically deducted from your next paycheck, so you can safely ignore the email notifications.
