Let's update your Zeeg scheduling page
When you signed up, we automatically created a sample 10-Minutes Meeting 1:1 scheduling page for you on your Zeeg page. So now we'll walk you through some quick changes to make it work better for you.
1. On your Dashboard, click on the three dots next to your scheduling page, and press 'Edit'.
2. You can now customize everything related to scheduling. You can edit:
location or video tool
duration of the meeting
color of the scheduling page
language
instructions or description for other attendees
link of your scheduling page
The link is the address you can share with your invitees so that they directly land on the scheduling page without going through your main Zeeg page.
3. When you’re finished, click on 'Save': and you’re ready to get scheduled!
To view your scheduling page, click on 'View live' icon at the top of the page.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the meeting type of a scheduling page?
No, the meeting type (e.g., 1:1, Group, Round-Robin) cannot be changed after a scheduling page has been created. If you need a different meeting type, you will need to create a new scheduling page from your Dashboard.
Can I change the duration of a meeting on an existing scheduling page?
Yes, the meeting duration can be edited at any time from the scheduling page settings.
Will changes to my scheduling page affect already-booked meetings?
No. Any edits you make apply only to future bookings. Meetings that have already been scheduled remain unaffected.
Can I have multiple scheduling pages with different settings?
Yes. You can create as many scheduling pages as you need, each with its own duration, location, language, and availability settings.
What happens if I change my scheduling page link? If you update the link of your scheduling page, the old link will no longer work. Make sure to share the new link with anyone you want to invite.
