A scheduling page is a bookable page you share with your invitees so they can pick a time that works for you. It reflects your availability, meeting details, and any questions you want to ask before the meeting. In Zeeg, every scheduling page is built around one of five meeting types — each designed for a different hosting setup. This article gives you an overview of all five:
One-on-one events
Group events
Collective events
Round-robin events
Flexi events
One-on-one events are available on all plans, including the free Starter plan. Group events require a Professional plan or above. Round-robin, Collective, and Flexi events require a Business plan or above.
All paid plans include unlimited scheduling pages and unlimited meetings across all scheduling page types. The free Starter plan is limited to 2 scheduling pages, but has no cap on the number of meetings that can be booked through them.

The five scheduling page types
One-on-one events
One host · One invitee · Available on all plans
The most common scheduling format. A single host sets their availability and one invitee books a time that works for both. Zeeg checks the host's connected calendars in real time to prevent conflicts.
When setting up a One-on-one scheduling page, you can configure the meeting duration, location (in-person, video call, or phone), buffer times before and after the meeting, and a custom booking form to collect information from your invitee upfront.
Ideal for: 1:1 interviews, consultations, mentoring, coaching, sales calls

Group events
One host · Multiple invitees · Professional plan and above
A single host opens a session that multiple people can book into simultaneously. You set a maximum capacity, and the time slot stays available until that limit is reached. Once the capacity is reached, the slot is automatically hidden from new invitees.
You can also control whether invitees can see how many spots have already been taken, and set a registration deadline to close bookings before the session starts.
Ideal for: workshops, webinars, training sessions, virtual classes

Team-based event types
Prerequisites for the following team-based events: Collective, Round-robin, and Flexi events all require an organization set up in Zeeg, the relevant team members added as users, and their calendars connected. If you haven't done this yet, start with adding users to your organization before setting up any of the event types below.
Collective events
Multiple hosts · One invitee · Business plan and above
All defined hosts must be available for a time slot to appear. Zeeg automatically finds overlapping availability across the entire hosting team, so the invitee only sees times that work for everyone. If even one host is unavailable, that slot is hidden.
You can define which team members are required for every meeting, and configure notifications so all hosts receive booking confirmations.
Ideal for: panel interviews, multi-stakeholder sales calls, joint support sessions

Round-robin events
Rotating host · One invitee · Business plan and above
Zeeg automatically assigns each booking to the next available team member in rotation. This distributes incoming meetings evenly across your team without any manual coordination.
You can choose between equal distribution (strict rotation) or availability-based assignment (Zeeg picks the next available host). You can also set weights to prioritize certain team members and exclude specific hosts from the rotation when needed.
Ideal for: distributing inbound sales leads, support calls, demo requests

Flexi events
Dynamic multiple hosts · One invitee · Business plan and above
The most flexible team format. Zeeg dynamically selects the optimal combination of available hosts for each booking based on rules you define. Unlike Collective events, not all hosts need to attend every meeting — you can define which roles are required and which are optional, and Zeeg fills them based on real-time availability.
This makes Flexi events well suited for multi-stage processes where different team members need to be involved at different points, without requiring a fixed group to be present every time.
Ideal for: complex job interviews, multi-stage sales processes, customer onboarding

How to create a scheduling page
All scheduling page types are created the same way — you choose the type during setup:
Go to your Zeeg Dashboard and navigate to Scheduling Pages.
Click + Create New.
Select the scheduling page type that fits your use case.
Configure the details: duration, availability, location, and any other settings.
Click Save and share your link.
💡 Not sure which type to pick? Start with a One-on-one event — it's the simplest format and works for most individual meetings. You can always create additional scheduling pages with different types as your needs grow.
The scheduling page type cannot be changed after creation. If you need a different meeting type, delete the old one and create a new scheduling page and select the desired type from the start.
Frequently asked questions
Can I change the type of an existing scheduling page? No. The scheduling page type is set at creation and cannot be changed afterwards. If you need a different type, create a new scheduling page and archive the old one.
Can I have multiple scheduling pages of different types? Yes. You can create as many scheduling pages as your plan allows, each with a different type. For example, you might have a One-on-one page for individual consultations and a Round-robin page for your sales team.
Do team-based event types (Collective, Round-robin, Flexi) require users to be in the same organization? Yes. All hosts need to be members of your Zeeg organization with their calendars connected in order for Zeeg to check their availability and assign meetings correctly.
What happens if no host is available in a round-robin rotation? If no team member has open availability during a given time, that slot will not be shown to the invitee. Zeeg only displays slots where at least one host can be assigned.
Can I duplicate a scheduling page and change its type? You can duplicate an existing scheduling page to reuse its settings, but the meeting type cannot be changed — not even on a duplicate. If you need a different type, create a new scheduling page from scratch and configure it accordingly.
What happens to existing bookings if I delete a scheduling page? Deleting a scheduling page does not automatically cancel existing bookings. Meetings that have already been confirmed will remain on the calendars of both the host and the invitee. However, no new bookings can be made once the page is deleted. If you want to stop accepting new bookings without affecting existing ones, consider hiding the scheduling page instead of deleting it.
Can invitees choose which team member they book with in a round-robin setup? By default, no — Zeeg assigns the host automatically based on your configured distribution method. However, you can enable the Allow attendees to select host option in the Round-Robin event settings. When turned on, a dropdown appears on the booking page listing all available team members, with "System assignment" pre-selected as the default. Attendees can either pick a specific person — useful if they've already been in contact with someone — or leave it on system assignment to let Zeeg distribute the booking automatically. Note that if many attendees consistently choose the same host, it may lead to an uneven distribution over time.
I sometimes need a colleague to join my calls, but not always. Which type should I use? A One-on-one event is the right base type for this. You can manually invite a colleague to individual meetings as needed. Collective events are designed for situations where the same group of people must always attend together — if attendance varies per meeting, that's better handled case by case.
I want multiple people to book the same time slot independently. Is that a Group event? Yes. Group events allow multiple invitees to book the same session simultaneously, up to the capacity you set. If you want each invitee to have a private, separate meeting at the same time, you would need individual One-on-one pages per host instead.
I run interviews with two interviewers, but the pair changes depending on who is available. Collective or Flexi? Flexi. Collective events require all defined hosts to be available for a slot to appear, meaning the group is always fixed. Flexi events let Zeeg dynamically select the right combination of available hosts per booking — which is exactly what you need when the interviewer pair changes from session to session.
I have a multi-step sales process — discovery call, then demo. Can I handle that with one scheduling page? No. Each scheduling page represents a single meeting type and session. For a multi-step process, create a separate scheduling page for each stage — one for the discovery call and one for the demo. You can then share the demo link automatically after the discovery call is completed, for example through a confirmation page redirect or a follow-up workflow.
I offer both free consultations and paid sessions. Do I need different scheduling page types for each? Not necessarily — the distinction between free and paid is handled through payment settings on each scheduling page, not through the meeting type itself. You can have two One-on-one scheduling pages, for example, with one configured to collect payment via Stripe or PayPal and the other left free. The type you choose should reflect the meeting structure, not the pricing.
