The Analytics Dashboard provides deep insights into your appointment booking performance. Track key metrics like total bookings, completion rates, cancellations, and no-shows across any time period. Use these insights to optimize your scheduling and understand booking patterns to improve your business operations.

You can find your analytics on the left sidebar under the section Performance.

Dashboard Overview

The Analytics Dashboard gives you a complete overview of your appointment data with customizable filters and visual representations of your booking performance.

Choose the view:

  • Day: Shows daily distribution of appointments

  • Week: Summarizes appointments weekly

Choose between chart types:

  • Bar chart: Ideal for comparing individual days or weeks

  • Line chart: Perfect for displaying trends over time

Legend and Filters

The chart uses different colors for categorization:

  • Cancelled: Red-marked appointments that were cancelled

  • Completed: Green-marked appointments that were completed

  • No-show: Gray-marked appointments where participants didn't show up

You can show or hide individual categories by clicking on the legend to create specific data views. Tips πŸ’‘

  • Use analytics to identify your most productive days and times, and adjust your availability accordingly.

  • Monitor your no-show rate and implement additional reminders or confirmation processes if necessary.

  • Use comparison values to the previous period to detect positive or negative trends early and respond accordingly.

  • Experiment with different time periods to understand seasonal patterns or long-term developments.​

Time Period and Booking Page Selection

In the top right corner of the dashboard, you'll find two important filter options:

Booking Page Selection: Choose which of your booking pages to analyze. You can select between "All booking pages" or a specific booking page to conduct focused analyses.

Time Period Filter: Determine the timeframe for your analysis. You can select custom date ranges to analyze specific periods (e.g., "Jul 23, 25 to Jul 30, 25").

Key Metrics

  • Total: The total number of all appointments booked within the selected time period. This number gives you an overview of booking volume in the selected period.

  • Completed: The number of appointments that were successfully completed within the selected time period. This includes all appointments that took place and were not cancelled or marked as "no-show."

  • Cancelled: All appointments that were cancelled within the selected time period. This metric helps you understand cancellation rates and identify potential improvements in customer communication.

  • No-show: Appointments that did not take place due to participants not showing up. This metric is important for evaluating actual utilization and may indicate a need for optimization in reminder processes.

  • Average Duration: The average duration of all successfully completed appointments in the selected time period. This metric helps you plan future appointments and make realistic time estimates.

  • Percentage Changes: Next to each metric, you'll see the percentage change compared to the previous period (e.g., "+1 | +100% vs prev. 8 d"). These values help you identify trends and track the development of your appointment bookings.
