Every interaction is traced from the first booking through to close, giving you a complete picture of each opportunity without switching between tools.

Example: When a prospect books a demo, a Deal record is created automatically with their contact linked, the stage set to "Demo Scheduled," and the assigned rep populated from the Round-Robin assignment.

Single-use scheduling links

For outbound outreach where you want to give a specific prospect access to your calendar without making your main scheduling link public, generate a single-use link. The link expires after one meeting is booked, preventing repeat bookings and keeping your primary scheduling URL private.

Example: You include a single-use link in a cold outreach sequence. Once the prospect books, the link becomes inactive — they cannot use it again, and your main booking page remains protected.

Automated reminders and no-show reduction
