Check your general Calendar & Availability settings:
Under Availability, make sure that your working hours are set correctly for your specific availability schedules, and check if there are no "date overrides"
Check if there are any 'Public Holidays' or 'Out of office' hours set
Check the settings of your scheduling page. Open your schedule page and go to the ‘Availability’ tab. Look for any unwanted special times or exceptions
Check the appointment limits. Go to the ‘Advanced’ tab on your scheduling page. You can see there:
How far in advance appointments are visible → by default this is set to 30 days.
Limit of bookings per day and week
Buffers, time-slot intervals and back-to-back scheduling: these will also influence the number of free slots you have during your working hours
Check for blocking calendar entries. Search your connected calendar(s) for any events that might block availability. These include all-day appointments, events explicitly marked as ‘Busy’/‘Booked,’ or even events without specified times but set to block availability. Remove or adjust these events as needed to reflect accurate availability in Zeeg.
Check your CalDAV calendar (if applicable). Some CalDAV calendars may have specific compatibility issues - In this case, contact us for support
Available times are not displayed on your appointment page?
If your appointment page shows too few available times or no available times at all, even though you have free time, follow these steps.
