Companies

Click on Companies to see all organizations in your contact database. Each company record shows:

  • Name - Company name

Understanding contact activity

Within each contact or company record, you'll find three key tabs:

Activity

A chronological timeline showing everything that has happened with this contact or company:

  • When the contact was created

  • All scheduled meetings (past and future)

  • Rescheduled events

  • Any notes you've added

Events

A filtered view showing only the meetings scheduled with this contact or company. Each event displays:

  • Meeting title and emoji

  • Duration

  • Date and time

  • Meeting type (one-on-one, group, etc.)

Notes

Add your own manual notes about contacts or meetings. While Zeeg automatically captures interaction data, you can supplement this with:

  • Meeting outcomes

  • Follow-up tasks

  • Important details to remember

  • Custom observations

To add a note, simply click the Notes tab and start typing.

How contacts are created automatically

Zeeg builds your contact database automatically:

  1. Someone books a meeting - A new contact is instantly created with their name and email

  2. Company detection - Zeeg identifies their company from their email domain (e.g., john@company.com becomes associated with Company)

  3. Timeline tracking - Every interaction is logged automatically

  4. Relationship mapping - When multiple people from the same email domain book meetings, Zeeg groups them under the same company

Smart company grouping

Zeeg's intelligent detection system recognizes when multiple contacts belong to the same organization. When Anna (anna@company.me) and John (john@company.com) both schedule meetings, they're automatically linked to the same Zeeg company record. This gives you a complete view of all relationships within an organization.

Manual contact management

While most of your contact data is captured automatically, you can:

  • Add notes manually - Document important details, meeting outcomes, or follow-up actions

  • Edit contact details - Update any field in a contact or company profile

  • Create new contacts - Use the + Create new button to add contacts who haven't scheduled yet

  • Export your data - Click Export to download your contact list
