How to Sign in With Single Sign-On (SSO)

Learn how to use your organization's SSO provider to securely log in to your Zeeg account.

Single Sign-On (SSO) is an authentication method that lets you log in to Zeeg using your organization's existing identity provider β€” such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), or another SAML 2.0-compatible provider. Instead of managing a separate Zeeg password, you authenticate through your company's centralized login system.

SSO is available on the Scale and Enterprise plan.


Requirements for SSO login

Before you can sign in via SSO, the following must be in place:

  • Your organization must be on the Zeeg Scale or Enterprise plan.

  • An administrator in your organization must have already configured SSO in your Zeeg workspace settings.

  • You must use the exact email address that your administrator registered with the SSO provider.

  • Your identity provider must be set up with SAML 2.0 (supported providers include Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD, Google Workspace, Okta, and others).

How to sign in using SSO

1. Go to the Zeeg login page at zeeg.me.

2. On the sign-in screen, click Sign in with SSO at the bottom of the options list.

3. Enter your business email address (e.g., you@company.com) in the Email field.

4. Click Sign in.

5. Zeeg will detect your organization's SSO configuration and redirect you to your identity provider's login page.

6. Authenticate with your company credentials as prompted (this step depends on your identity provider).

7. Once authenticated, you will be automatically redirected back to your Zeeg dashboard.

The SSO login flow is managed entirely by your identity provider. If you encounter issues during this step, contact your IT or system administrator.


Troubleshooting

The "Sign in with SSO" button does not appear

The SSO option is only visible if your organization has an active Scale or Enterprise plan. If you do not see it, your workspace may not have SSO enabled. Reach out to your Zeeg organization owner or contact support@zeeg.me.

I entered my email but was not redirected to my identity provider

This usually means SSO has not been fully configured for your domain. Check with your IT administrator that the SSO setup in Zeeg is complete and that your email domain is registered correctly.

I was redirected but could not authenticate

This step is handled by your identity provider, not Zeeg. Contact your IT or system administrator to verify that your account is active and assigned to the Zeeg application in your identity provider.

I authenticated successfully but was not redirected back to Zeeg

Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, then attempt the login again. If the issue persists, contact support@zeeg.me with details about your browser and the error message displayed.


Frequently asked questions

Can I still use a password if my organization uses SSO?

When SCIM provisioning is enabled alongside SSO, user management is handled exclusively through your identity provider. In most Enterprise configurations, password-based login is disabled for your domain. Check with your administrator for your organization's specific setup.

Can I use SSO on the Zeeg mobile app?

Yes. The SSO option is available on all Zeeg access points. Select "Sign in with SSO" and enter your business email address, just as you would on the web.

What identity providers are supported?

Zeeg supports any SAML 2.0-compatible identity provider, including Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), Google Workspace, Okta, and others. Contact support@zeeg.me if you are unsure whether your provider is compatible.

Who should I contact if I cannot log in via SSO?

Start with your internal IT administrator, as most issues occur at the identity provider level. If the problem is specific to Zeeg, reach out to the Zeeg support team at support@zeeg.me.
