Zeeg has five pricing tiers: Starter (free), Professional, Business, Scale, and Enterprise. Each workspace has its own independent subscription, billed per user either monthly or annually. You can change or cancel any workspace plan at any time from that workspace's settings.
How to access your billing settings
Click on your Workspace name or avatar in the top left corner and go to Workspace settings.
2. Select Subscription from the left sidebar.
From here you can view your current plan, manage your payment method, download invoices, and make changes to your subscription.
How to upgrade your plan
Upgrading gives you immediate access to the features of your new plan.
1. Go to Workspace settings > Subscription or find Upgrade on the top left corner in your Zeeg dashboard.
2. Choose your preferred billing cycle: monthly or annual (annual billing offers a discounted rate).
3. Enter or confirm your payment details.
4. Click Continue.
When upgrading mid-cycle, you are only charged the difference for the remaining days in your billing period. The full new rate applies from the next billing cycle.
How to downgrade your plan
Go to Workspace settings > Subscription.
Select a lower-tier plan than your existing one.
Confirm the downgrade.
Your current plan remains active until the end of your billing period. The new plan takes effect immediately.
Before downgrading, make sure your usage is within the limits of the new plan. For example, if you are on Scale and downgrade to Business, you will lose access to Custom Objects, SSO & SCIM, and Priority Support. Review the plan features carefully before confirming.
How to switch between monthly and annual billing
1. Go to Workspace settings > Subscription.
2. Select Annual or Monthly.
3. Confirm the change.
Switching to annual billing takes effect immediately. Switching from annual to monthly will take effect when your current annual term ends.
Choosing annual billing gives you a lower monthly rate compared to month-to-month billing. You can see the exact savings on the pricing page.
How to cancel your subscription
Cancelling your subscription downgrades your account to the Starter (free) plan at the end of your current billing period. You will not be charged again after cancellation except for your current billing cycle.
1. Go to Workspace settings > Subscription.
2. Click Cancel subscription or end your trial if youโre on the free trial.
3. You may be asked to share a reason for cancelling.
4. Confirm the cancellation.
Your data is not deleted when you cancel. You will retain access to your account on the Starter plan. Features exclusive to paid plans will become unavailable, but your contacts, records, and scheduling pages will remain.
Frequently asked questions
Can I pause my subscription instead of cancelling?
Zeeg does not currently offer a pause option. If you need a break, you can cancel and resubscribe when you're ready โ your data will be retained.
Can I get a refund?
Zeeg does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, please reach out to support@zeeg.me.
How do I know when my current billing period ends?
You can find your current billing period end date under Workspace settings > Subscription. Your cancellation confirmation email will also include this date.
If I'm on an annual plan, how do I cancel?
The process is the same as for monthly plans โ go to Workspace settings > Subscription > Cancel subscription. Keep in mind that annual subscriptions require written notice at least six weeks before your renewal date, or the plan will auto-renew for another year.
What happens if I had a custom domain or branding configured?
Custom domain and white-label branding features are available on paid plans. After downgrading to Starter, these settings will no longer be active and your booking pages will revert to the default Zeeg domain.
What happens to other team members if I cancel as an admin?
Additional user seats are a paid feature. Upon downgrading to the Starter plan, users beyond the Starter seat limit may lose access to the organization. Review your team setup before cancelling to avoid unexpected disruptions.
What happens if I cancel during a free trial?
If you cancel during a free trial, your trial will end and your account will move to the Starter (free) plan immediately. No charges will be made.
Can I extend my free trial?
Yes. To extend your free trial, follow the same steps as cancelling โ go to Workspace settings > Subscription and click Extend trial. You will be given the option to extend your trial before confirming.
