Workspaces allow you to manage multiple organizations within a single Zeeg account. Each workspace functions as a completely separate environment with its own CRM data, calendar integrations, billing, and settings – making it ideal for agencies serving multiple clients, consultants working with different organizations, or businesses managing distinct brands or departments.

Pricing: Each workspace operates on its own independent subscription plan, allowing you to choose different tiers based on each workspace's specific needs and budget.

What are Workspaces?

A workspace is an independent organizational environment within your Zeeg account. You can create a new Workspace if you want to have multiple separate Zeeg accounts that you can access and switch between seamlessly, without logging out.

Each workspace includes:

  • Separate CRM data: Contacts, companies, deals, and custom objects remain isolated between workspaces

  • Independent integrations: Connect different calendar accounts, email providers, and third-party tools per workspace

  • Individual billing: Each workspace has its own subscription plan and payment settings

  • Unique settings: Customize booking pages, workflows, user access, partner access, team structure, active rooms, SSO, SCIM, etc.

How to change between different workspaces?

Changing between workspaces is easy. Like you see in the picture above, you just need to:

  1. Click on the name of your workspace on the top of your left menu

  2. Hover on the name of your workspace that will open from dropdown menu

  3. See the list of workspaces and pick the one you want

At the end of your workspaces list you'll also find the option to create a new workspace.

Who should use Workspaces?

  • Agencies and service providers managing multiple clients can create a dedicated workspace for each client, ensuring complete data separation and professional client handoff capabilities.

  • Consultants and freelancers working across different organizations can maintain separate environments for each client relationship without mixing customer data or calendars.

  • Integration partners and resellers can set up and configure workspaces for clients, then transfer ownership once implementation is complete.

  • Businesses with multiple brands or departments can maintain separate CRM environments while managing everything from a single account.
