Firm administrators for ZenCase will have access to be able to create tags that are available to everyone in their law firm. You can scope tags to a particular resource so the list of tags is smaller when viewing the tag list for those resources.

Create Tags For Your Firm

  • In the upper right corner, click on your name, select "Firm Settings" from the dropdown menu.

    • Note: The "Firm Settings" link will only be available for those who have access to Firm Settings page.

  • Once on the Firm Settings page, go to Settings > Tags tab.

  • On the Tags list page you will be able to add, edit, delete, import or export tags depending on your security permissions.

  • Click on "Add Tag" button.

  • Enter tag name.

  • Enter Description (optional).
