How To View The Invoice A/R Aging Report In ZenCase

Overview

You can view the Invoice A/R Aging Report in your firm directly in ZenCase from the Reports page. This report will show the invoice A/R aging data in the overdue ranges of Current, 1-30 days, 31-60 days, 61-90 days, 91-120 days, and over 120 days.

How To View Invoice Aging Report

  • Go to the Reports page by clicking "Reports" from the left navigation bar

  • On the Reports page, click "View Report" under Invoice A/R Aging

  • You will see A/R aging data for all firm invoices with the following columns:

    • Invoice Date

    • Invoice Number

    • Client

    • Matters

    • Status

    • Due At

    • Bill Amount

    • Paid Amount

    • Current

    • 1-30 Days

    • 31-60 Days

    • 61-90 Days

    • 91-120 days

    • 120+ Days

    • Private Note

  • You can filter by:

    • Status

    • Client

    • Matter

    • Client Originator

    • Client Manager

    • Matter Originator

    • Matter Manager

    • Charge Member

    • Billing Contact

    • Billing Cycle

    • Billing Type

    • Division

    • Charge

    • Tags

    • Payment

    • Invoice Date

    • Due Date

    • Created At Date

    • Updated At Date

    • Total Amount

    • Due Amount

    • Paid Amount

    • Overdue Days

    • In QuickBooks: Yes or No

    • Sent to E-Billing: Yes or No

    • Has LEDES: Yes or No

    • Pre-Bill Creator

    • Generated By

    • Trust Funds Available

  • Click "Settings" in the top right of the table results to turn on and off columns to display

  • Click "Export Report" to view your report in CSV or PDF format

    • Note: Exported data will reflect the table results with any filters applied. Clear filters if you want to view all data.
