The Zen Locum app is an intelligent app that connects locums to stores in their area!

Once you download the Zen Locum app, share your basic information and your preferences for shifts (availability, travel times, rate etc.), you'll start receiving personalised shift notifications.

You can update these at any time in the app, under ‘More’ and then ‘Preferences’.

Make sure you keep the Calendar section of your app regularly updated to receive relevant shifts.

You can review shift details such as travel times, lunch break and opening hours. Once you've uploaded all your essential documents, and they've been verified by our team, you're ready to book shifts.

When you see a shift you like, hit 'Confirm' to instantly accept it!

If the shift looks good but the rate is a bit below what you would accept, you can negotiate the rate through the app. Check out this article for more information on how to do this.

It’s important to understand that you can’t browse for shifts on the app, but rather you will only receive shift notifications when a shift matches what YOU are looking for. If you would like to see shifts outside of your exact preferences, you can use our Partial Matches feature.
