How do I get paid for my shift?

After working a shift, you'll need to submit an invoice to the store in order to get paid.

We've made this as easy as possible for you, all it takes is the touch of a button!

The Zen Locum app auto-generates invoices using the information from your booking. Once you’ve completed a shift, go to ‘Shifts’ > ‘Past’ > ‘Invoices’.

Here you can review the invoice. You can add any pre-agreed Expenses at this point. Once all looks correct, hit ‘Send’ to email the store directly a copy of your invoice.

Once the store receives this, they will process the payment and you will be paid directly into your bank account. Most stores operate on a 4-week payment cycle so you should receive payment within 4 weeks or less of your shift.

N.B. Make sure the bank account details you inputted on the app are correct as any discrepancies with this can cause issues with payment!
