Once connected, merge the calls to activate the notetaker.
Automatic Note-Taking:
The notetaker will generate AI-powered notes based on the conversation.
Notes will stop once the call ends.
When to Add Zeplyn to a Call
An advisor can connect Zeplyn at different points during a conversation:
Before calling a client – Dial Zeplyn first, then call the client and merge the calls.
After calling a client – Start the client call first, then add Zeplyn.
After answering an inbound call – Once on the call with the client, dial Zeplyn and merge the calls.
To utilize Zeplyn's notetaker phone number feature from your phone, the number you are calling from must match the phone number associated with your Zeplyn account.
