Zeplyn’s email integration currently supports:

  • Outlook

  • Gmail

Connect your email account once and Zeplyn will securely sync messages so you can access them where you need them most on your client profiles and when using Zeplyn Agent Nexus.

Email Display in Client View

When you open a client profile in Zeplyn, relevant emails associated with that client now appear directly in the client view.

  • See conversations without switching to your inbox

  • Quickly review communication history before calls or tasks

  • Improves context and responsiveness for client interactions

This view highlights subject lines, sender, timestamps, and message snippets so you can scan and locate important emails at a glance.


Zeplyn Agent Nexus Integration

Emails are fully usable within Zeplyn Agent Nexus, allowing for enhanced prompts and inquiries that include email content.

With this integration you can:

  • Pull email text into Zeplyn Agent Nexus prompts

  • Leverage email context in AI-assisted responses

  • Include relevant conversations when drafting client replies or summaries

This makes email context actionable, not just visible.

Once your email account is connected:

  1. Zeplyn automatically syncs your Outlook or Gmail account.

  2. Email messages are indexed and associated with matching client profiles.

  3. Emails appear in the Client tab and are available to Zeplyn Agent Nexus.
