🔧 Setting Up the Integration
Log out of AdvisorEngine if you are already logged in.
Go to User Menu (bottom left)→ Settings → Integrations.
Under Available Integrations, find AdvisorEngine.
Click Connect and sign in using your AdvisorEngine credentials.
Note: Please contact your Zeplyn admin if you do not see AdvisorEngine listed.
📝 Syncing Notes to AdvisorEngine
Once your integration is connected:
Navigate to the Notes section in Zeplyn.
Select the note you’d like to sync.
Click Sync to CRM.
From the dropdown, choose the Household you want to sync the note to.
Toggle the attributes you’d like to sync, then confirm.
Important: Once a note is synced to AdvisorEngine, it cannot be edited inside Zeplyn.
📍 Where to Find Synced Data in AdvisorEngine
Notes
A new Workflow is created under the client’s Household.
The Workflow contains the meeting content (title, notes, summary).
It is automatically categorized under the Meetings Action Category and tagged as a Note Action Type.
Tasks
Any Action Items from the note are consolidated into a single Follow-up Task.
This task includes:
A description of all tasks from the note
Due dates
Assignee information
The consolidated task is linked to the parent Workflow for context.
Important: If you would like your tasks to sync as individual tasks please reach out to support@zeplyn.ai and we will enable this setting for you.
🔄 What Zeplyn Retrieves from AdvisorEngine
Households → Retrieved as CRM Accounts
Action Categories, Action Types, and Action Templates → Retrieved from AdvisorEngine configuration for proper classification of synced notes and tasks
