Withdrawal requests are processed once each business day at 1:00 PM EST. Requests submitted after 1:00 PM EST, or on a weekend or holiday, are processed the next business day.
After your request is processed, it can take up to 3 business days (72 business hours) for the funds to reach your PayQuicker account, Zelle, or direct deposit account.
Example: A request submitted Monday at 10:00 AM is processed Monday at 1:00 PM and should arrive by Thursday.
If you have not yet set up your PayQuicker account, your first withdrawal request will begin the account setup process.
