How do I set up a group coaching call on Zoee?

Group Coaching Services involve working with a group of clients. This feature offers multiple group service options, including group programs, webinars, consultations, single sessions, packages, and recurring programs. Learn how you can set up a group coaching call.

Create Group Coaching Services:

  1. To set up group coaching services, go to Manage in the Navigation Panel.

  2. Click My Services.

  3. Click Create a Service.

  4. Select Group Coaching Service.

    • Select a group service style you like, the number of sessions, and the length of session.

    • You have the option of having it as a free group session or a paid group session.

    • Select how you want to bill your clients.

    • Set up the details, including the date and time of the group session.

  5. Meetings are automatically created on the Date and Time of your Group Session.

    • You can join the meeting by going to Schedule, in the Navigation Panel.

Invite Clients to a Non-Billable Group Session:

  1. To set up a free group coaching call, go to Schedule in the Navigation Panel.

  2. Click on New Meeting.

  3. Click Non-Billable.

  4. Select the Contacts that you want to invite.

  5. Choose the best date and time for your Group Session.

  6. Click Confirm.

  7. Lastly, double-check the details and click Send Invite.

Quick Non-Billable Group Session:

  1. To set up a quick free group coaching call, go to Sessions in the Navigation Panel.

  2. Click Create Session under Quick Session.

  3. Select the Contacts that you want to invite.

  4. Click Create Session.

    • This will automatically create a meeting where your invited clients can join.
