We heard you! Our video rooms just got a major upgrade, making your coaching sessions smoother, more interactive, and easier to manage. While they may feel familiar—our video rooms are designed specifically for coaches and clients on Zoee.
Let’s walk through the new features step by step so you can make the most of them.
1. Customize Your Video Background
Want a more polished or comfortable feel for your sessions? Click the background icon in the bottom left corner to access background settings. Choose from built-in backgrounds, blur your surroundings, or keep it natural—it’s up to you!
2. Screen Share & Interactive Tools
Easily share your entire screen, a window, or a specific tab by clicking left of the hand icon. You can even upload PDFs, annotate them in real time, and use drawing tools to emphasize key points during your session.
3. Chat with Participants
Need to send a quick message? Click the chat icon in the bottom right corner to open the chat and communicate seamlessly during your sessions.
4. Start & Stop Recording (Coaches Only)
Coaches who start the meeting have the ability to record it. Click Start Recording to begin recording.
Important Notes:
Recordings are not available for Quick Sessions.
You can stop the recording anytime by clicking the same button.
Once the session ends, go to Sessions tab → Past Sessions → Click the session you want to find the recording for to access your recording.
Recordings are deleted after 24 hours, so be sure to download them before they expire!
5. React with Emojis
Express yourself with real-time emoji reactions! Click the emoji icon to give quick feedback without interrupting the session.
6. Picture-in-Picture Mode
Need to multitask? Click More Options → Enable Picture-in-Picture. This allows you to:
Minimize your video session into a floating window
Move the floating window anywhere on your screen—whether you stay on Zoee or switch to other apps and websites
Keep the session visible while switching between tabs—perfect for note-taking, referencing documents, or multitasking
7. Run Live Polls & Quizzes
Engage your clients with polls and quizzes to check in, gather insights, or reinforce learning. Click the icon with the check mark to start a poll or quiz.
8. Leaving & Ending Sessions
Click the exit icon to leave a session.
Note: Coaches who started the session can end it for everyone when the session is complete.
