How to move my existing booked sessions to the Zoee platform?

Sync your calendar and invite your current clients to Zoee

Sync your calendar with Zoee so you can easily update your scheduled sessions with your existing clients. In addition, you can also invite your existing clients to the Zoee member platform and schedule new meetings directly from your Zoee account.

Sync Calendar:

  1. To sync your calendar, go to Schedule in the navigation panel.

  2. Click Connect Calendar.

    • Currently, you can sync Google Calendar, Office 365, Outlook, and Apple Calendar.

    • You can sync multiple calendars based on your preferences.

  3. Follow the prompts on the screen to sync your calendar of choice.

  4. Once completed, all currently booked sessions will appear on your Zoee calendar.

Invite clients to Zoee:

  1. To invite clients, go to Contacts in the navigation panel.

  2. Click on New Contact.

  3. Add the email address of the client you want to invite.

    • Manually add multiple clients by clicking Add Row.

    • Or you can easily add a .csv file containing your client's email addresses.

  4. Click on Next.

  5. Send Invite, and your client should receive an email containing the link where they can create an account.

    • You can also Resend or Revoke any invites you have sent.
