No — Zoee doesn't take a cut of your earnings. We believe coaches should keep what they earn, so we charge zero fees on your client payments. Zoee plans include unlimited clients, sessions, bookings, and messaging — no hidden fees!
The only fees you'll see are standard payment processing fees from third-party processors (credit card and PayPal). These are industry-standard transaction fees charged by the processors themselves — not by Zoee.
What are the processing fees?
You can accept payments two ways, each with its own processor fee:
Credit Card: 2.89% + $0.29 per transaction
PayPal: 2.99% + $0.49 per transaction
Credit card payments carry a slightly lower fee than PayPal.
Who pays the payment processing fee?
The fee is deducted from the payment before it reaches your account, so it's covered by you — not your clients. Your clients will never see or be charged an additional fee.
How does the fee affect what I receive?
Here's an example with a $100 client payment:
Credit card:
Processor fee: $2.89 + $0.29 = $3.18
You receive: $96.82
PayPal:
Processor fee: $2.99 + $0.49 = $3.48
You receive: $96.52
