How do I schedule a session or consultation on Zoee?

Schedule new sessions with your clients

Do you have a client or lead that you have yet to schedule a session? You can easily schedule a new meeting with them through Zoee.

Create New Session:

  1. To create a new session, go to Schedule in the navigation panel.

  2. Click on New Meeting.

  3. Select whether the session is Billable or Non-Billable.

  4. On the following page, select the person you want to invite.

  5. Select the date and time that is most convenient for you and your client.

  6. Confirm the details of the session.

  7. Click Send Invite.

    • Your client will receive an invite via email.

Reschedule Sessions:

You might need to reschedule a session with your client due to an unforeseen event.

  1. To reschedule a session, go to Schedule in the navigation panel.

  2. Select the session that you want to reschedule.

  3. Click Edit Date & Time.

  4. Select a new Date & Time.

  5. Click Confirm.

  6. Click Update Meeting.

    • Make sure to double-check the details of the rescheduled session.

    • Your client will be notified of the new scheduled session via email.
