How to reschedule a session
You might need to reschedule or cancel a session due to an unforeseen event or schedule change. Follow these steps to easily reschedule:
Sign-in to your Zoee account
Go to Schedule in the side navigation panel.
Select the session that you want to reschedule.
Click "Manage Sessions" button.
Click on the Reschedule button.
Select a new Date & Time from the scheduling calendar.
Click Next.
Click Update Meeting.
Make sure to double-check the details of the rescheduled session.
Other attendees the session will be notified of the new scheduled session via email.
How to cancel a session
Sign-in to your Zoee account
Go to Schedule in the side navigation panel.
Select the session that you want to cancel.
Click "Manage Sessions" button.
Click on the Cancel button.
A pop-up will appear confirming you want to cancel the sesion.
Click the "Cancel Session" button.
