How do I set up my Zoee public profile?

Learn how to easily set up your profile!

Welcome to Zoee! We’re thrilled to have you join our vibrant community of coaches! Let’s get your profile set up so you can focus on what you do best: empowering your clients.

Accessing Your Profile

  1. Navigate to Manage in the navigation panel.

  2. Click My Profile Page.

  3. On your first visit, review and accept the Zoee Code of Ethics. Click I Agree to proceed.

  4. You will be taken to the edit mode of your Zoee profile.

Upload Your Brand Image​s

Personalize your profile with a banner and profile photo to stand out in the marketplace.

Need help finding photos and videos to use on your profile header? Check out Pixabay for free stock images and videos.

Header Image

  1. Click on the header area on your profile page where it says "Add header image"

  2. Click on “Click or drag to upload”

  3. Choose your photo and click "save".

Note: For header image best results: Upload an image that is 1220 px w x 350px h. Max file size 5MB. File type .jpg, .jpeg, or .png.

Profile Photo

  1. Next, select the profile picture block below the header image that says “Edit”

  2. Click on “Click or drag to upload”

  3. Choose your photo and click save.

  4. If you want to crop your profile photo, click “Crop Photo” and adjust the selection area to your photo. See details on How to crop a profile photo

Note: For profile photo image best results: Upload an image that is 1:1 ratio (ex. 300 x 300px) Max file size 5MB. File type .jpg, .jpeg, or .png.

Edit About & Intro Section

This is the section that you will tell potential clients about your experience and your story. It is also where you can tag your areas of expertise for the marketplace and choose your custom profile url and brand colors.

  1. Choose your brand color from the options provided

  2. Customize your Zoee public profile page by creating a custom url

  3. Click on "Check availability of your url" to see if your preferred url is available

  4. If available, click "Save" to select

  5. Enter your coach title

  6. Enter a short description for your introduction area

  7. Enter a long description for the “About” tab on your profile

  8. Enter your location and years experience (optional)

  9. Tag your areas of expertise

  10. If you would like to enter credentials and education, select “Credentials & Education”

  11. Enter your credentials and education and click "Save"

  12. If you would like to enter links to social media, click “External Links” and enter urls for those sites and save

  13. Save changes

Create a Consultation and Services

Create a consultation call and services for potential clients to enroll in from your Zoee profile page. You will need to have your calendar synced to create free services as well as you bank information linked to create paid services.

Add Featured Content

Add featured content of blogs and videos to your Zoee profile to share your coaching philosophy and tips as well as introductory messages to potential clients.

Blog

  1. Navigate to your Featured Content tab within your Profile edit page.

  2. Click the "Add" button located below Blog.

  3. Add a captivating title and the text of your blog. Utilize the available formatting tools to enhance the presentation of your content.

  4. Optional Add an image for your blog.

  5. Click "Submit Post".

Video

  1. Navigate to your Featured Content tab within your Profile edit page.

  2. Click the "Add" button located below Video.

  3. Upload a MP4 video file that will help your audience get to know you and your coaching services better.

  4. Click "Submit Video".

*You can also add your first blogs and video directly from your profile's overview tab.

5. Publish & Share Your Profile Page

Once your Zoee profile is ready, choose a visibility setting to control who can view your profile:

  1. In the Edit Mode, click the Profile Visibility button.

  2. Select one of the following options:

  • Draft: Your profile is visible only to you—ideal while you're still building it.

  • Private: Your profile is visible only to clients you share a direct link with or those you're connected to on Zoee.

  • Published: This premium feature is available for paid subscribers. It makes your profile visible in the Zoee marketplace and shareable via direct link, allowing you to reach a broader audience.

3. Click Save to confirm your visibility setting.

Once your profile is set to Private or Published, you’ll unlock the Share button. This allows you to:

Note: Your profile content is not viewable to others until you publish or enter the coach marketplace.
