Accessing Your Profile
To get started setting up your public profile page, go to "Manage" in the navigation panel.
Click on “My Profile Page”.
The first time you view your profile, you will be prompted to read and accept the Zoee Code of Ethics. If you agree, click “I agree” and continue.
You will be taken to the edit mode of your Zoee profile.
Upload Your Brand Images
This is where you will upload your banner image and profile photo. Your profile photo will be the photo used on your profile page, on your coach intro card on marketplace, and as your avatar within the application.

Header Image
Click on the header area on your profile page where it says "Add header image"
Click on “Click or drag to upload”
Choose your photo and click "save".
Note: For header image best results: Upload an image that is 1220 px w x 350px h. Max file size 5MB. File type .jpg, .jpeg, or .png.
Profile Photo
Next, select the profile picture block below the header image that says “Edit”
Click on “Click or drag to upload”
Choose your photo and click save.
If you want to crop your profile photo, click “Crop Photo” and adjust the selection area to your photo. See details on How to crop a profile photo
Note: For profile photo image best results: Upload an image that is 1:1 ratio (ex. 300 x 300px) Max file size 5MB. File type .jpg, .jpeg, or .png.
Edit About & Intro Section
This is the section that you will tell potential clients about your experience and your story. It is also where you can tag your areas of expertise for the marketplace and choose your custom profile url and brand colors.
Choose your brand color from the options provided
Customize your Zoee public profile page by creating a custom url
Click on "Check availability of your url" to see if your preferred url is available
If available, click "Save" to select
Enter your coach title
Enter a short description for your introduction area
Enter a long description for the “About” tab on your profile
Enter your location and years experience (optional)
Tag your areas of expertise
If you would like to enter credentials and education, select “Credentials & Education”
Enter your credentials and education and click "Save"
If you would like to enter links to social media, click “External Links” and enter urls for those sites and save
Save changes
Create a Consultation and Services
Create a consultation call and services for potential clients to enroll in from your Zoee profile page. You will need to have your calendar synced to create free services as well as you bank information linked to create paid services.
Add Featured Content
Add featured content of blogs and videos to your Zoee profile to share your coaching philosophy and tips as well as introductory messages to potential clients.

Blog
Navigate to your Featured Content tab within your Profile edit page.
Click the "Add" button located below Blog.
Add a captivating title and the text of your blog. Utilize the available formatting tools to enhance the presentation of your content.
Optional Add an image for your blog.
Click "Submit Post".
Video
Navigate to your Featured Content tab within your Profile edit page.
Click the "Add" button located below Video.
Upload a MP4 video file that will help your audience get to know you and your coaching services better.
Click "Submit Video".
*You can also add your first blogs and video directly from your profile's overview tab.
5. Publish & Share Your Profile Page
Once you are done building your Zoee profile page, you can set your profile visibility directly from your profile.
From the edit mode of your profile, click "Profile Visibility" button.
Select the visibility you would like to set for your profile.
Draft Your profile is not visible to anyone - perfect for when you are getting started building your profile.
Private Your profile is only visible to people you share a direct link with or are connected to on Zoee.
Public Your profile is visible on Zoee marketplace as well as to people you share a direct link with or are connected to on Zoee.
Click "Save"
Once you have set your profile out of draft mode, you will have access to the "Share" button which provides you with a QR code, direct link, and code to embed the Zoee button widget directly on your existing website to share your Zoee profile.
*Remember that your content will not be viewable to others until you publish your Profile Page.
