How do I invite my clients to Zoee?

Invite your current clients to join Zoee

Inviting your clients to join Zoee allows you to manage appointments and communication more seamlessly. Here's how you can easily invite your existing clients to the Zoee platform!

Inviting Clients to Zoee:

To invite clients, go to Clients in the navigation panel

To invite a single client:

  1. Click on Invite a Contact

  2. Add the email address of the client you want to invite.

  3. Select Next.

  4. Review invitation and then Send Invite!

    • Your client will receive a link where they can create an account via email.

    • You can also resend or revoke any invites you have sent by viewing Sent Invites located on the Clients page.

To invite multiple clients:

  1. Click on Import Contacts

  2. Upload a CSV containing columns Firstname, Lastname, Email and (optionally) Notes

  3. Click on Import contacts for the populated list.

  4. Select contacts on the list you want to invite

  5. Review invitation and then Send Invite!

    • Your client will receive a link where they can create an account via email.

    • You can also resend or revoke any invites you have sent by viewing Sent Invites located on the Clients page.
