How do I request and add client testimonials to my profile page?

Easily request and share client testimonials in Zoee.

Effortlessly seek and showcase client testimonials to boost your business promotion and foster trust with potential clients. Encourage clients to share their feedback after sessions, and you can display their testimonials on your Zoee profile page.

To get started with testimonials follow these easy steps:

Gathering Testimonials

  1. During your session with your client, select the "Ask Client For A Testimonial" checkbox at the bottom left hand corner of the screen. This will trigger a request for a testimonial after your session has ended.

  2. After session has ended, your client will receive a request to submit a testimonial.

    Client can click the "Remain Anonymous" checkbox to have their testimonial remain anonymous.

    • Tip: If you forget to request a testimonial during your main session, you and your client can join a quick session to trigger a testimonial request from that session.

Showing Client Testimonials On Your Profile Page

Once your client has submitted their testimonial, it will be available for you to view from the edit view of your profile. By default, the testimonial will be hidden to allow you to review before publishing to your page.

  1. To set testimonial to be visible, navigate to the edit mode of your public profile.

  2. Navigate to "Testimonials" tab.

  3. Hover over the testimonial you wish to set to be visible on your profile

  4. Switch the toggle in the bottom right hand corner to "Visible (Public).

  5. Your client testimonial will now be visible on your Zoee public profile page.
