Q1: Does updating Zylpha Bundling incur any fees?
A: All product updates are supplied completely free of charge

​Q2: Does Zylpha Bundling automatically rotate documents that are added in the wrong orientation?
A: Bundling will not alter your documents in any way. If you add an upside-down document, the document will stay in that orientation in the produced PDF bundle.

​Q3: Does everyone in my team need to download the update?
A: Each individual user will need to download the update on their respective device for the update to be applied.

​Q4: How many devices can I use Zylpha Bundling on?
A: PAYG clients can install Zylpha Bundling on as many devices as they wish. Enterprise clients can only install Zylpha Bundling on as many devices as their license count allows.

​Q5: What browser should I use to view the eLearning course?
A: We recommend using either Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge.

​Q6: My bundle is too large to send, can Zylpha Bundling reduce the size?
A: Zylpha Bundling’s main priority is to ensure the integrity and quality of your documents are not affected. As such, Zylpha Bundling does not compress your bundle to reduce the file size.

​Q7: How do I extract the index so that I can send it to the other side for approval?
A: You can extract the index using the “Extract pages from PDF document” utility function.

​Q8: How do I register an installation to my organisational account?
A: Zylpha Bundling identifies your organization by the email address used during installation. Using an email address with your firm’s suffix will link your account and apply all the relevant settings for install.

​Q10: Is the finished PDF bundle searchable?
A: By default, the PDF bundle is searchable. However, this is restricted to the type of documents you add, for example a scanned letter would not be searchable as it would be recognised as an image, similar to how a scanned handwritten letter would not be searchable.

​Q11: Are there any extra fees?
A: No, the only costs involved with Zylpha Bundling are either the fee per bundle for PAYG users, or the fee per license for Enterprise sites.

​Q12: How can I share my PDF bundle?
Once your PDF bundle has been created, you may find that it is too large to send via email. If this is the case, we recommend using the secure file transfer application, SafeDrop to securely send your PDF bundle. If you’re using LEAP then there is already a document sharing system in place, LawConnect, which allows you to send documents directly from your LEAP matter.

​Q13: Can I change my price plan?
If you would like to change your price plan, you can contact your Account Manager to arrange this. Alternatively, you can email hello@zylpha.com and your Account Manager will contact you to discuss.

​Q14: Can hyperlinks be added to the bundle, not just the index?
Index/Bookmark hyperlinks are automatically created when the application generates the bundle. If you want to link to specific locations within individual documents you will need to use PDF editing software.

​Q15: Can I only add PDF documents to my bundle?
No, you can add a wide range of document formats to your bundle, Zylpha will convert them to PDF for you. If you have added a file that Zylpha is unable to convert it will warn you with a yellow warning triangle next to the document's name.

​Q16: I've created my PDF bundle but I don't see any bookmarks, where are they?
If you are unable to see the PDF bookmarks it is likely that you are viewing your PDF in Microsoft Edge. Unfortunately Edge does not support bookmark functionality on PDFs. If you are not using Microsoft Edge to view your PDF and the bookmarks are still missing, please contact support@zylpha.com

​Q17: I've installed Zylpha on my machine and I think it's great! How do I get Zylpha on my colleagues computer?
To install Zylpha on another device, you simply need to run the Zylpha installer on the relevant device. You can find the installer here

​Q18: Can I annotate my PDF bundle?
Annotating the finished PDF bundle is not something Zylpha currently supports. If you would like to annotate your bundle we recommend using PDF editing software such as Adobe Acrobat Pro.
