Zylpha has the functionality to add two different types of cover pages to your bundle, internal and external. The internal cover page is automatically generated by Zylpha, with the option to edit the layout and information on it.
The external cover page option allows you to add a separate file as the cover page. This allows you to create a completely custom cover page in Word and add it to the bundle.
To add an external cover page, you first need to change the cover page settings from internal to external. You can do this by clicking the little drop-down arrow labeled “Cover Page” and then select “External”.
To edit the cover page file, you need to go into the cover page editor by clicking the “Cover Page (External)” button.
Once you’re in this view click the browse button and choose a file for the cover page.
Once you've picked the file, the software will generate a preview of the external cover page as shown below. (the example was created in Word).
When you next generate a bundle, this external cover page will be in the final PDF.
