Zylpha includes in-built sharing functionality, which enables you to send your bundle PDF securely via email address. This can be useful for sharing the document with external parties or the courts.
Note: This function is only available for SOLO and Team accounts.
Sending your document
Once your bundle has finished generating, select the "Send" option.
You will then be prompted to enter recipient's email address - you can also optionally add a message to the recipient. Note: The download link will work one time and will expire 7 days after sending.
You will then be prompted to confirm, clicking "Send" will share a download link to the specified recipient via email.
Once the download link has been shared to the recipient, you will receive an email to confirm it has been sent. For guidance on receiving a document sent via Zylpha, please see here.
You will also receive emails when the recipient opens and downloads the document.
