When someone shares a file with you via Zylpha secure send, you'll receive an email that includes the sender's email address and a link to download the file. Click "Download file" to proceed.
After clicking "Download file", Zylpha will open in your browser - to continue please enter the passcode sent to your email.
When the passcode has been validated, you will be presented with a button to download the bundle, along with the message from the sender (if added).
Please click the "Download" button once and wait for the download to complete. Note: It may take a moment for the download to begin depending on your network.
