Occasionally Zylpha will be unable to convert your uploaded file to a PDF - this can be caused by document security or metadata which prevent conversion or assembly.
In this instance, an error will occur, and the document will be automatically added to the bundle as an attachment.
If you require this document to be in a PDF format, we recommend opening the file outside of Zylpha and using print to PDF on the document. Guidance on using print to PDF can be found here. You can then replace the document in the bundle, by right clicking the document and selecting "Upload".
