Multi-Factor Authentication

How Zylpha uses multi-factor authentication to secure your account.

Updated over a week ago

Zylpha accounts are protected by default using multi-factor authentication (MFA) with one-time passcodes (OTP). This industry‑standard security measure helps safeguard your account and prevents unauthorised access.

When setting up your account, you can choose to receive OTPs via SMS or email. These passcodes are required when you sign in to your account or when you reset your password, ensuring your identity is verified securely.
