Here are the steps to use the intercom button to reach Support within Awarded AI:

  • Locate the Intercom Button:

    • The intercom button can be found at the bottom right by the small blue speech bubble.

    • It is positioned at the bottom right corner of the Awarded AI interface, ensuring easy access from any page within the platform.

  • Click the Button:

    • Simply click on the intercom button to activate the chat interface.

    • This action will open a small chat window inside your platform.

  • Initiate a Conversation:

    • In the chat window, you'll see a text box where you can type your message to the Customer Success team.

  • Begin by introducing yourself or stating your query clearly. For example, "Hi, I need help with accessing my account settings."

  • Send Your Message:

    • After typing your message, press the 'Enter' key on your keyboard or click the 'Send' button (often represented by a paper plane icon) to transmit your message.

    • Ensure your message is clear and concise to facilitate a quicker response.

  • Wait for a Response:

    • Once your message is sent, wait for a response. This will come from live support; first available Customer Success team member with an immediate reply or action and updates depending on the time and nature of your query.

    • You may receive an immediate reply with common answers or a notification that further action is needed.

  • Follow Up:

    • If the initial response does not fully address your issue, feel free to ask follow-up questions.

    • Keep your questions specific and related to the topic to ensure effective communication.

  • Close the Chat:

    • After your issue is resolved or your questions are answered, you can close the chat window by clicking the 'X' or 'Close' button.

    • This will end the session, but you can always start a new chat if needed.

  • Review and Save:

    • Before closing, review the conversation to ensure all your queries were addressed.

    • If there is important information or instructions provided, consider copying and saving the chat transcript for future reference.

These detailed steps should help you navigate and utilize the intercom feature within Awarded AI effectively for any support or inquiries you may have.
