Accessing the Contacts Library

  1. Navigate to the Contacts Library:

    • Select the Contacts button on the menu bar to access the contacts library.

Searching and Filtering Contacts

  1. Searching Contacts:

    • Use the search function to find any of your contacts within the library.

  2. Filtering Contacts:

    • Apply filters based on different tags or organizations to narrow down your search.

    • For example, you can filter everyone tagged as a Teaming Partner.

Managing Contacts

  1. Viewing Contact Details:

    • Click on a contact to view more detailed information about them.

  2. Exporting Contacts:

    • You can export your contact list for offline use or further analysis.

  3. Importing Contacts:

    • Import contacts via a CSV file to quickly add multiple contacts at once.

  4. Adding New Contacts:

    • Manually add new contacts on the fly by selecting the appropriate option and entering the necessary details.
