On the Checklist Template screen you can now create a 'Sort Order' for your Checklist Templates. This 'Sort Order' will be applied to the User's 'To-Do List' as well as the ad-hoc Checklist Templates.

Once you click 'Sort Order' you'll get a pop-up screen with all Templates listed. Please note that this screen will show all Templates, even if the main Templates screen will only show 100 Templates per page. The 'Sort Order' can be changed by using drag-and-drop. Once the Templates have been sorted correctly, you click 'Save' to save the changes.

By applying a 'Sort Order' you can make sure the Templates show up in a more logical order. For example, the 'Centre Opening Checklist' can be moved to be shown before the 'Centre Closing Checklist'.
Please note: the 'To-Do List' will always show 'Centre' specific Checklists first, and then your 'Room' Checklists. The 'Sort Order' does not have an impact on this.
