This article gives you an overview of the checklist templates page.
This allows you to start completing the Checklist straight away. On the screen that follows you would need to select the correct Franchisee / Site (Centre / Room) and then your Template will load.
Please note that the 'Start' button may not be available in which case the Template has not been Published yet, or the Template can only be started via the Schedule (EG via the Checklist To-Do List, a Ticket or Survey).
The other big change is the 'Edit' button, which allows you to go into the Checklist Builder and make changes to your Checklist.
The Checklist Template Name is no longer clickable. To get to the Checklist Settings you now click on the 'List' icon under 'Actions'. This will show the full list of options available for your Templates:
Versions; this is where you can check the history and changes within this Template
Settings; here you can review all Settings that had been configured when Publishing the Template for the first time
Copy; using this option will create a completely new Template, which you can then change where required
Delete; this option will completely remove the Template from your system, but can only be used if none of your Users have Submitted the Checklist. If the Checklist has been Submitted before, your best option is to 'Deactivate' the Template
Deactivate; this will ensure none of your Users can complete this Checklist moving forward. Please note that this will also hide all previously completed Checklists in the Register
Print PDF; this will download a 'blank' PDF version of your Checklist, and will also include the Rules you have created in the Template. This provides an overall view of the checklist template, and good way to utilize when you need a sample report to submit to the authority for licensing checks etc.
On this page you can now instantly see the number of Schedules and Surveys that have been created for your Template. Please note that these are buttons that will take you to the page where you can create new Schedules and Surveys.
