π What's New - Web / App
Checklist Template Folders; You can now organise your Checklist Templates by creating Folders to create a more structured view of your content. These Folders are visible when completing ad-hoc Checklists on the PWA and Mobile App.
βSort Order for Checklist Templates; By applying a Sort Order to your Checklist Templates, you can ensure they appear in a more logical order for your Users. For example, the 'Centre Opening Checklist' can be moved to be shown before the 'Centre Closing Checklist'.
Please note: the 'To-Do List' will always show 'Centre' specific Checklists first, and then your 'Room' Checklists. The 'Sort Order' does not have an impact on this.
βPlease note: this feature will not be available on the 'To-Do List' yet. This will happen in the next release.Profile Permission to Add Users; You can now give additional Users in 1Place access to Add / Edit Users in 1Place. There is also the option to only allow Users to reset passwords for other Users.
βPlease note: for this feature to work you will need to set the Profile Hierarchy. This will ensure that for example a Centre Manager can only update Educator logins, and not Area Manager logins.API Endpoints for Franchisees / Sites / People; by accessing the data through the Client API you can ensure you're always reporting on the most up-to-date datapoints. For API endpoint information, please reach out to our Support Team (support@1placeonline.com) or your Client Services Manager.
Incident Email Sender Details enhancement; We've enabled a setting that will allow you to change the email address that is being used for Incident Emails to parent / caregivers.
βPlease note: fir this feature to work, you will need to contact our Support Team (support@1placeonline.com) or your Client Services Manager. We will need to add your email domain to our mail server, and changes to DNS Settings need to be made in your mail settings.Hyperlink the Ticket Number on the Checklist Register; this allows the User to click-through from the Register to the correct Ticket.
Replacing the 'Person' selected on an Incident; After submitting an Incident, you can now replace the 'Person' that was initially selected. Replacing the Person will have the following consequences:
- The Incident Name is automatically replaced
- If the Incident URL was shared with a parent / caregiver, this will automatically be made invalid (as it could have been emailed to the wrong parent / caregiver)External Dashboard; We've now added Google Looker Studio to the list of approved BI Tools. β
