To update your credit card information on the subscription, head to the page here: https://secure.1placeonline.com/admin/setting/admin/manageSubscription.xhtml,

or if you're already on the 1Place web portal (https://secure.1placeonline.com), click on Settings, then "Subscription".

Once the below page appears, click on the "Edit Billing Details" button:
It will take you to the billing setting page. Click on the Add payment method, it will allow you to enter the new credit card details.

You can remove your current credit card information via clicking on the "x" next to the details.
If you don't see the Subscription button, it's likely because you're billed through invoices. To assist you further, please contact the 1Place support team.
