As the main subscriber to 1Place, you can manage and upgrade your subscription at any time — whether your trial is about to end, or you've already moved onto the freemium plan.
Follow the steps below to upgrade to a paid subscription:
🪜Steps to Upgrade
1. Start the Upgrade Process
Click the "Upgrade" button, which can be found on your dashboard.
OR
Navigate to the "Settings" tab in your account then select "Subscription" from the menu.
2. Select Subscription Details
Specify the number of Centers/Services you wish to include in your plan and choose the subscription type.
If your organization onboard 4 locations or more on 1Place, you will be prompted to select an Implementation Package after you select a Professional plan. You can select one, or proceed without purchasing any package. You can always purchase a package later as well.
3. Agree to Terms and Finalize Subscription
Review and accept the terms and conditions by ticking the corresponding checkbox, then click the "Create Subscription" button to confirm your selection.
4. Enter the Payment Information
You’ll be taken to the Billing Settings page to enter your credit card details.
Click “Add payment method” to enter your card information and complete the process.
🎉Welcome to the PRO Plan!
You now have full access to everything in our system — you can create as much content as you like, whenever it suits you.
You’ll also receive a welcome email to guide you through what’s coming next.

✋Need a Hand with Content Creation?
