Exception Calendar Enhancement; Previously this feature would only work for Schedules that are more than 30 days into the future. This restriction has been removed, and you can now create Exceptions for any date (past or future). If you've forgotten to create an Exception for a Public Holiday, you can still do it the next day to 'remove' Overdue Checklists. If you created an Exception in error, you can simply delete it to 'restore' Scheduled Checklists.
βPlease note: this feature will only apply to newly created Schedules, or Schedule Events from the 4th of May 2025.We've simplified creating Exceptions; When you select a Centre / Center, all related Rooms will automatically be included in the Exception.
We're introducing more granular Checklist permissions. For each Checklist Template you will now be able to choose which Profiles get access to a Template. For each Profile that gets 'Access' you can then decide who can 'Edit' the Template, and who can 'Create Schedules / Surveys'.

βThe 'Create Checklist Template' Permission now uses the Profile Hierarchy. When a non-Super User Publishes a new Checklist Template, they will only be select Profiles that sit lower in the Hierarchy to gain access to the Template. The Profile of the User who built the Template will automatically have 'Access', 'Edit', and 'Create Schedules / Surveys'.
The Profile Hierarchy can now be set in more ways;
- When adding / edit a Profile
- When Uploading Profiles
- When creating a new Profile via the 'Add User Wizard'Improved 'Sending History' for Incident Email; we will keep a full record of all emails that are (automatically) sent out for Incidents.
We are now allowing multiple Integrations to create Centres / Centers and People in the same 1Place environment. If for example some locations use Kidsoft and others use Xplor, the data from both applications can be synced into 1Place.
We've built a new Integration with Civica (Education Suite), for Student details (Primary / Secondary schools).
In Tickets we are now supporting a 4th Priority called 'Critical'. This option will be visible to all Users. If you currently have Ticket Categories with 'Due Date Settings' enabled, the value for 'Critical' will be the same as 'High' and you can update it accordingly.
π οΈ Bug Fixes / Improvements
Fixed a bug for Templates that need to be removed from a Folder and added back to 'Other'.
To improve the loading speed of certain pages in the system, we've replaced the way how you would select Users / People in the system;

If you use the People Module in 1Place, we've now separated People from Users where they were previously showing in shared lists (for example in areas like the image above). This will give you a clearer view of who is a 'Person' or a 'User'.
Fixed a bug for the Checklist Template page size, as it was set to 20 for all Users. It will now use the User's personal preferences again.
Fixed a bug for Tickets that have the Due Date set by Priority; The Due Date will now always be calculated by the 'creation date'.
Fixed a bug for the Ticket 'Days Late' calculation, and also this will now be hidden once the Ticket is 'Closed'.
