πŸš€ What's New

  1. Adding Group Contacts to Health & Safety
    We now have the ability to use Group Contacts in our Health & Safety Module. This change will simplify your setup and reduce admin when you have new staff coming on board / staff changes. Group Contacts can be added in the following parts of the Health & Safety Module:
    - Health & Safety Settings > Internal Recipients; This setting determines who will get notified when a new Incident is logged in 1Place. Instead of selecting individual Users you can now add a Group Contact. For each Site (EG 'Room') the system will check which User is assigned to the selected Group Contact(s) and they will receive the email notification.
    - Incident Categories; The Incident Categories are used to escalate Incidents depending on how serious they are by sending out email notifications to the Users in each Category. These Users are the only ones with access to update the Incident Status to Open / Resolved.

⏳ Performance Improvements

  1. Improved loading speed of various pages
    Several pages have been updated to improve the overall loading speed of the system. Previously the system loaded the full list of Franchisees (EG Centres / Centers), Sites (EG Rooms) and People when you would navigate to certain pages. By replacing certain parts of the page this loading speed has increased significantly. The main change to look out for is the following:

    • Old Page;

    • New Page;


      Please note that the use of Aliases is recommended if you're selecting multiple Franchisees or Sites.

πŸ› οΈ Bug Fixes

  1. Checklist Register wasn't showing Archived Sites; Archived Sites are now available again so you can access historical Checklist data for these Sites.

  2. Broken 'Finish' button at the end of the 'Add User Wizard'; This button has now been fixed, and it will take you back to the main User listing page.

  3. Manually Archiving Published Versions of Checklists; This option is no longer available, as it removed the whole Template from the Checklist Template screen. Published Versions can now only be changed to 'Draft' (this will only work if the Template hasn't been used yet).

  4. Checklist PDF Report > Line Graph; This graph used to show 13 months worth of data, which made it incredibly hard to read. We are now limiting this to the 15 most recent Checklists.

  5. 'Franchisee / Site Alias' Schedules; There were issues with Schedules that had been configured using Aliases. When the Aliases were updated, it didn't automatically update the Schedules that were configured using these Aliases (new Franchisees / Sites were not automatically added or removed). This has now been resolved.
