Attributes are settings which make your checklists more dynamic.

To access Attributes click the Settings tab and click ‘Attributes.’

By assigning Franchisees or Sites to an Attribute, you can then decide which questions from a Checklist should or shouldn’t appear for these Franchisees / Sites.

First you choose between a Franchisee or Site Attribute.

Secondly, click the green “+Franchisee Attribute or +Site Attribute” button on the right side of the screen.

Thirdly, create the new Attribute by naming it and selecting the correct Franchisees / Sites and clicking the green ‘Add’ button on the bottom right of the page.

To add an attribute to specific Franchises or Sites go to your list of Franchises and Sites and click view/edit next to the Franchise or Site you want to have the attribute. This will bring you to the edit screen where various tabs at the top of the page will appear. You may move across the attributes relevant to your Franchise/Site to enable them.

Checklist Template Builder Example:

Now that you've created your Attribute and added it to your Franchises/Sites of choosing, you can start using this in the creation of Checklist Templates.

The setup screen of each question contains an 'Attributes' tab, in which you can choose between Franchisee / Site.

You then select which Attribute the question applies to:

This enables you to have certain questions only appear when that Site or Franchisee is connected to that particular attribute, making certain Franchises/Sites checklists much more dynamic.
