We've introduced this Wizard in March 2024, and its intention is to make the process of adding Sites (EG Rooms) and Room specific Users in an easier way.

To add a new Site via the Wizard, click the green '+ Add Site Wizard' button.

Step 1 - Site Details

In this first step you enter the Site name, and link the new Site to the correct Franchisee (EG Centre / Service / Center). In this step you can also select if you want to create a User (Login) for this Room, and use an existing email address (otherwise the system will create one for login purposes).

Step 2 - Aliases / Attributes

You can now select the correct Aliases and Attributes that apply to this new Franchisee. New Aliases and Attributes can be created under Settings. Please note that assigning Site Aliases can affect Reporting, Checklist Schedules and User Access.

Step 3 - Users / People

In step 3 you can provide access to the new Site (+ Franchisee, if applicable) for Users that have not yet been given access via the selected Aliases. The table will list all Users with access via Aliases, and to add exrta Users / People you can search in the fields towards the bottom of the screen. If the People Module is also active, you can link the correct people in this step. Please note: Users show in bold and you can search for them by using the '@'.

Step 4 - Group Contacts

In the final step you can assign the correct Users to the Group Contact(s) if these Users already exist.
