We've introduced this Wizard in March 2024, and its intention is to make the process of adding Franchisees (EG Centres / Services / Centers) and related Sites (EG Rooms) and Users in an easier way.

To add a new Franchisee via the Wizard, click the green '+ Add Franchisee Wizard' button.

Step 1 - Details:

This is where you will enter the Franchisee name and email address. Further contact + address details can be entered by opening up the respective sections.

Step 2 - Aliases / Attributes:

You can now select the correct Aliases and Attributes that apply to this new Franchisee. New Aliases and Attributes can be created under Settings.

Please note that assigning Franchisee Aliases can affect Reporting and Checklist Schedules.

Step 3 - Group Contacts:

In the final step you can assign the correct Users to the Group Contact(s) if these Users already exist.

When you click 'Submit' the system will save the Franchisee and the 'Add Site Wizard' will start. If multiple Site need to be added to your Franchisee you can start the 'Add Site Wizard' multiple times.
