πŸš€ What's New - App

  1. Incident Tickets; We're adding the ability to create a Ticket from within an existing Incident. Previously this was only available on the Web Portal.

You can access existing Tickets by clicking on the Ticket Details, as well as creating new Tickets via the pink 'Add Ticket' button.

  2. Hazard Tickets; We're adding the same Ticket functionality to Hazards, and we're now applying a number to Hazards making it easier to identify them.

  3. Hazard Filters; We're adding more filters to create an improved 'Search' functionality for Hazards. Previously the only search option was by 'Name'.

  4. Enable Hazard creation via '+' button; Our team can enable the option to allow Users to create Hazards via this option, please get in touch to enable this.

πŸš€ What's New - Web

  1. Hazard Tickets; We're adding the ability to create Tickets for Hazards via the Web Portal, so it is consistent with Incidents and the Mobile App. You can view existing Tickets as well as create new Tickets from this page.

  2. Hazard Register - Filter Options; We're adding more filters making it easier for User to find certain Hazards.

  3. Hazard Register - Columns; By adding more columns on the Register you'll be able to see more details for each Hazard.

  4. Ticket Register Update; Now that we can create Tickets through an Incident or Hazard, we have added a link to that Incident or Hazard in the Ticket Register. It shows both the Incident / Hazard number + name.

πŸš€ What's New - General

  1. New Hazard Email Notification; For each new Hazard that is created in 1Place, we will send an Email Notification to the Users who are selected under Health & Safety Settings > Internal Recipients.

  2. Person Custom Fields - Age calculation; The system is now capable of calculating a person's age (in years + months) based on an existing 'date' field. This field is often required on an Incident / Injury Form and will not automatically populate if a 'Date of Birth' is present.
